1. Returns

You can request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

Items must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received them.

In the original packaging, with all accessories and manuals included.

Photos if the item is damaged or defective

We will reply with instructions on how and where to send your item.
2. Return Shipping Costs

If the item is being returned because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the item is faulty, damaged or we sent the wrong product, we will cover or refund reasonable return shipping costs.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account (depending on your bank or card issuer).
4. Non-Returnable Items
We may not accept returns for:

Items that are visibly used, damaged, or not in their original condition.

Items returned without prior contact and approval.

Any item returned after the 14-day period.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product:

Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
