  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

We mainly ship to the United Kingdom and selected international countries.
Available delivery options and prices will be shown at checkout.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United Kingdom: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Europe & International: typically 5–15 business days, depending on destination and courier.

These are estimates only. Delays may occur due to high demand, customs checks, or carrier issues.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight/size of your order.

  • Any available free-shipping offers or promotions will be clearly shown on our website or at checkout.

5. Tracking

  • When your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking number by email (if tracking is available for your shipping method).

  • Use this number to follow your shipment’s status.

6. Customs, Duties and Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the UK:

  • Customs duties, import taxes and local charges may be applied by your country’s customs office.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

7. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct.

  • We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected or could not be delivered, we may refund the product price (excluding original shipping costs). Reshipping may incur additional shipping fees.

8. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order seems delayed or missing:

  • First, check the tracking information.

  • Then contact the carrier with your tracking number.
